We had a client who was a wholesaler of our parts, not the end client. In spite of the fact that the parts they had were useful, they weren’t outwardly engaging so clients weren’t receptive and ultimately decided they didn’t need them.
We had conceptualized thoughts and had recommended a plating procedure to the copper loop while being fabricated, thus creating a more visually appealing end product. Our team had conveyed the idea to a configuration, and both clients walked away happy.
